Our last post mentioned the idea of an active workplace. Active, healthy employees are happier, more efficient, and a lower cost to your company. Getting fit as a team will increase camaraderie and is great for keeping members accountable.
Wondering where to get started? Have your team do periodic exercises together throughout the day. There are several “mini” workouts you can do in the workplace.
Start simple. Try beginning with a 2 x 3 method. Twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, pause your team and take three minutes for some simple exercises. This will help get their blood circulating and will provide energy boosts throughout the workday.
