Buying a standing desk can be a big decision that requires a good bit of research. At VARIDESK, we get a lot of questions about our desks, accessories, health benefits, and more. To help you out during your research process, we’ve created Frequently Asked Friday, a series created to answer common questions surrounding VARIDESK, standing while you work, and office wellness in general!
I keep forgetting to stand. Is there a way to remind myself?
You’re in luck! We have developed a VARIDESK Standing App to remind you when to sit and stand. Studies show you should be spending your time alternating between sitting and standing . Too much standing can also have negative effects, but at the same time, you won’t be getting the benefits of your standing desk if you aren’t using the standing portion.
Will VARIDESK fit on my desk?
We try to make a variety of desk shapes and sizes so that you are sure to find one that fits your setup. No matter what size your current desk is, we are confident you can find a VARIDESK that fits. Our standing desk converters range anywhere from 11.75” to 24” in depth, along with a variety of widths and height settings.
Do I need to save my box?
We always recommend you save your box until you are 100% sure that you want to keep your desk, but we also know boxes are bulky and get in the way. If you do end up misplacing your box in the trash, we will happily send you a new box if you need to return your desk for any reason within 30 days.
Will my white desk get dirty?
While the white desks don’t get super dirty, they are white, so things like food and dirt can show up more on them. We recommend using a magic eraser or disinfectant wipes to clean your desktop when necessary, and for the set in marks and spots, an eraser often does the trick!
What if I don’t like my desk/it doesn’t fit my current setup?
At VARIDESK, we offer risk-free, 30-day returns and exchanges on any items. If your VARIDESK product isn’t satisfactory in any way, send it back for free! We are confident that you will love your product once you receive it though.
